Justin King

Justin King was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. He moved to Texas just before starting high school in Flower Mound. After high school, Justin attended the University of Tulsa and the University of North Texas where he studied sociology. Justin is also a graduate from the Texas Tech University School of Law, made the Texas Tech Law Review, and clerked for a personal injury law firm in Lubbock, Texas.
Justin believes that everyone should have access to quality legal representation and receive excellent client service. Justin fights to correct the power imbalances that make large insurance companies believe they can make decisions that put others at risk for the sake of profits, and hold negligent individuals accountable for the damages they cause.
Justin began his legal career at a small general practice firm in the Texas Panhandle handling oil & gas disputes, probate, oil field accidents, family, criminal, and personal injury. Justin later moved back to Dallas and focused his practice where his passion truly lay, in representing injured Texans in their efforts to hold those who harmed them accountable. At Thompson Law, Justin serves as the Intake Supervising Attorney in charge of all free consultations for potential new clients of the firm.
Justin lives in Plano with his wife, three children, and two dogs.
